My stomach looks so flat here :( ugh I need to get back on track I’ve gained back everything I’ve lost so I need to make a meal plan and get my ass to the gym and drop kick this fat out the door and never let it back in…..
Friday I will head back to the gym and pull a double shift at work the sat. I will go get healthy food and will do this. I want to feel comfortable with my self and I want people to look at me and go wow.
